WELDERS TRAINING AND TESTING

We train and test welders under supervision of Bureau Veritas, DNV, Instytut Spawalnictwa, SLV-GSI, TUV Rheinland, UDT in accordance with the following standards: EN 287-1, EN ISO 9606, AWS D1.1.

We use the latest equipment and our classes are held in rooms that meet health and safety requirements. Training includes all materials group and welding methods. Additionaly we provide training of plasma and oxygen-cutting.

• EN 15085 – welding of railway vehicles and components
• DIN 18800-7 – steel building structure’s, road bridges, masts, chimneys and cranes etc.

We carry out pre-audits before certifying bodies formal checks.

WPQR welding technology qualification - according to EN ISO 15607 ÷ 15614

Technology checks according to EN 1090-2 (for the minimum requirement EXC2) for thermal cutting and flame straitening (range of services: samples, NDT and DT, reports, material certification).
